1PointUSA collects the information you submit through its website inquiry forms, such as your name, company, contact details, and description of your request, to evaluate and respond to that inquiry and carry out related follow-up you request.

We do not use website inquiry information to initiate unrelated marketing campaigns or solicitations. Any separate future business discussions arise through a new interaction with the prospective customer, rather than automatic marketing from a website submission.

Who can access your inquiry

Website submissions are available to authorized personnel, currently the company Owner and Director of Operations, and to service providers necessary to host the website or transmit notifications. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms; notification messages may pass through designated email systems.

How long we keep it

If an inquiry does not become an active prospect or project, our policy is to retain the inquiry for no longer than 12 months after its most recent substantive interaction, then delete the corresponding inquiry records from our routine Netlify submissions and notification email records. If the inquiry becomes an active prospect, customer matter, or project, relevant records may be retained under the applicable business-record retention practices. Legal, contractual, dispute-related, or other required retention obligations may take precedence.
